while watching
shooting stars
with bravado
in narrow darkening
back yards

yet taken to heart
as ogled superstars
during something
of a departure
from exact opposites

seen like open-collared
works-in-progress
still seemingly calm
stylized by constant alarm
ardently barking, “No Comment!”...

seeing themselves
while calling attention
to critical questions

yet getting way ahead

within aesthetic contents
of legendarily gestural
figurative elements
perceived like group identities
sparking kaleidoscopic arks...
